Don’t believe in ghosts huh? Well don’t you think they are telling you something right now? Like hey! Dummy we are real so deal with it! Unlike in the movies you don’t need a gypsy or a priest with holy water to stop what is going on. What you need to do is first acknowledge they are around you and tell them they are dead and to go into the light. If that doesn’t get things back to normal them circle the building with salt if this isn’t possible just circle the inside of the room or apartment. The salt doesn’t need to be blessed or a special kind. If for some strange reason this doesn’t work then it’s time to research the names of the former owners that might have passed on because it may take calling them by their to get them to leave? Last but not least put the place up for sale and let the new owners worry about it. BTW If you don’t believe ghost are real then why do some States require you to let buyers know if you have ghosts or other such things? If you think I’m kidding read this link:

ok well the house could have been haunted before you moved into it and got stirred by the renovations. i don’t know what to do about it though. i suggest you give a paranormal investigative team to your house to investigate. it wouldn’t hurt if you had a medium there to help the spirit person move on. that is unless its a demon. if that’s the case then get a priest to do an exorcism.
Your father and siblings are right not to believe you because you are taking a few normal explainable happenings and bundling them together to try and make it sound supernatural.
So what if your printer or your other electrical equipment malfunctions or you have a scary dream? That stuff is normal and happens to everybody, most of us reach the conclusion that we may need to get the printer serviced not that we are infested with ghosts.
The truth is you are not equipped to deal with this problem. If this spirit is not hurting you then I suggest you take a bottle of water to bed with you and make sure to use the bathroom when everybody is up.
If it would help leave a tape recorder on each night and see if you can catch something your father will acknowledge as a spirit. do not allow your younger sibling to wander the home alone and stick to the rest of your family as much as possible.
You can also pray that the rennovations move swiftly.
