Get a dog, best deterrent money can buy.

set up a video camera they aren’t as exspensive as CCTV and if you set them to slow record they will certainly record for up to six/eight hours…..good luck,

Simple. Two words: video camera. Gotta catch ‘em in the act : )

Change your locks. Get top of the line deadbolts. Also, since these things seem to be happening at night, while you are home, I suggest a few slide bolts on your doors as well. Once a slide bolt is in place it can not be opened from the outside.

Install motion detection lights. They sense motion and then the lights turn on. There are also motion detection alarms. You can set them anywhere and when some motion is sensed it will sound an alarm. There are many that are very inexpensive – under $30.00. Another suggestion ….. lock things up! Keep your home secure.

You need to get a camera (with a flash) and, if you know when he/she likes to come, hide and wait. Take a photo that will prove your neighbor was on your property.

Then go to the police and have them talk to your neighbor. The police can’t arrest them based on a photo (but maybe you can get them for trespassing), but if the police visit them at home and scare them, they will probably go away.

Then again, it sounds like your neighbor is a nutcase, so maybe he/she will just burn your house down. LOL

Could it be the previous owner? I would change my locks. install a motion sensor lights about $70 at Lowes, they have one’s that work on solar power so that they don’t have to be hardwired. They also have a new night vision camera that works thru your tv, you might want to look into that, it’s around $150 (Micro Center, they have a website).

On your day off stay up at night and have you cell phone handy. To call the police when you catch them doing it. Ps have a camera ready.

Buy a motion sensor camera from almost any hunting supply store. Or out of the Cabella’s catalog. There are a bunch out there with no flash that still gets a great night shot, so they don’t try to destroy it. good luck.
